He manages WFP's emergency response, climate change adaptation, resilience, and livelihoods program portfolios. He brings more than 20 years of professional experience in the humanitarian and development sector working with UNDP, UN Women, UN Resident Coordinator's Office, UN OCHA, bilateral projects, and NGOs.

Based in Seoul, Min brings over thirteen years of consulting and banking experience in the financial/tech industries in New York and the healthcare/agriculture industries in Asia.

Aziz Elbehri is a senior economist at the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) since 2008. Currently, he leads the socio-economic development and policy group at the FAO AsiaPacific Regional office in Bangkok. Aziz specializes in climate and food systems interactions, agricultural policy and development, trade and markets, water policy, and digital agriculture.
