Enhancing Readiness for Large-Scale Vaccine Distribution amid COVID-19

The tenth Policy Actions for COVID-19 Economic Recovery (PACER) Dialogue on “Enhancing readiness for large-scale vaccine distribution amid COVID-19” featured financing options, demand scenarios, and other measures countries should consider in preparing for safe, effective, and equitable vaccine delivery amidst COVID-19. Over 50 government officials and development partners from Southeast Asia and the People’s Republic of China participated in the Dialogue, sharing experiences and lessons on vaccine distribution policies and strategies used in similar pandemics.

Hae-Rok Ko

As General Manager of the Center for International Cooperation at the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute (KFTC), Hae-Rok Ko is currently overseeing KFTC’s international cooperation business with other countries and international organizations such as the Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank Group (WBG), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

David Lee Kuo Chuen

David Lee Kuo Chuen is a Professor at the Singapore University of Social Sciences. He is also the Vice President of the Economic Society of Singapore and council member of British Blockchain Association. He is the founder of several entities including Libai Academy, the external advisor to Stanford University’s Distributed Trust Initiative, a Fulbright Scholar, and an Independent Director of listed and technology companies. He graduated with BSc, MSc, and PhD from the LSE in Econometrics.
