Gaurav Jain oversees Building Operations and Maintenance including the cleaning and pest management services. Born in India, he migrated to the United Kingdom in 1992 and is now a British. He is a Chartered Engineer and holds a postgraduate degree in Engineering from The University of Birmingham (UK) and an MBA from Henley Business School in UK. Before joining ADB in January 2018, Mr. Jain was a Program Manager in Dubai for Nokia and Amazon overseeing their real-estate projects in Europe, Middle East, Africa and West Asia.

Dr. Ameen Joudah, Director, Workplace Management and Hospitality Division, Corporate Services Department (CSD), is a national of United Kingdom, who has more than 30 years of experience in corporate services, capital projects, strategic/institutional initiatives, and enterprise solutions. He has held highly esteemed positions in a multilateral agency, and private and public sectors across several countries such as United States, United Kingdom, Austria, and Saudi Arabia.
