Agnes Meiria is a program manager and gender focal point at YAKKUM Emergency Unit. She is in charge of program design and oversee its implementation, integrating cross-cutting issues, and building partnerships, as well as providing support and contribution/inputs to the program and management for proposal development. As a gender focal point, together with the management and the team, she works on the policy and strategy of gender just principles in both organizational and programming.

Margaret Arnold is the Global Lead on the Social Dimensions of Climate Change and a Senior Social Development Specialist with the World Bank. Margaret has been with the World Bank since 1995, and currently leads work on social resilience, inclusive approaches to climate and disaster risk management, citizen engagement in climate change decision making, and locally-led climate action.
