Bjarne has a broad international experience, particularly in environmental issues and sustainable development, with a proven track record of achieving meaningful impact through strategic leadership, resource mobilization and team building at all levels. He has taken Clean Air Asia through continuous growth both regionally as well as in China and India including broadening the work of Clean Air Asia to include the Air, Climate and Public Health nexus.

Prof. He is the vice-chairman of the National Expert Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection and the Chairman of the National Teaching Steering Committee on Environmental Science and Engineering. His research focus includes PM2.5 pollution, characterization of complicated emission sources and multi-pollutant control, and the coordinated control of air pollution and greenhouse gases.

Ahmad (Puput) Syafrudin

KBPP is an NGO for air pollution, clean fuel and urban environment issues. Puput is also the Chair for Chair of Sustainable Mobility Working Group of MASKEEI (Indonesian Society for Energy Efficiency and Conservation). He has conducted research, analysis, and advocacy on issues covering fuel economy and low carbon emission vehicles, clean energy, sustainable mobility, and control strategy for air pollution.
