Andreas Thermann

Mr. Andreas Thermann is an Environmental Finance and Partnership Specialist in ADB’s Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department (SDCC). He is currently overseeing the Ocean Finance flagship program of ADB’s Healthy Oceans Action Plan and working on new financing instruments like bonds and debt swaps to mobilize private capital for environmental projects. Andreas has more than 15 years of professional experience in development finance, mainly at Germany’s KfW Banking Group and the World Bank Group.

Bae Taegoan

Taegoan Bae is the CEO of Oyster Able, a circular economy startup providing a collection device and a reward mobile application to local governments and private companies to make reusables and recyclables circulation well in their space and area. Oyster Able drives various projects with F&B and retail companies to reduce plastic waste generated by their products and services and encourages people to join this action through the reward program. 

Czarina Constantino-Panopio

Cza is the Project Manager of the “Clean Ports, clean oceans: Improving port waste management in the Philippines” and serves as the Program Manager of the No Plastics in Nature Initiative implementation of the WWF – Philippines, a WWF network approach to stop plastic waste leakage in nature by 2030 through the elimination of unnecessary plastics; doubling reuse, recycling, and recovery; and ensuring the remaining plastic is sourced responsibly.
