Along the sidelines of the Circular Economy Forum, ADB conducted a short interview with selected speakers to ask their perspectives on the circular economy. In this video, Antoinette Taus, Founder of CORA and a Goodwill Ambassador for the United Nations Environment Programme in the Philippines, recalled how their nonprofit organization started the Eco-Ikot Center, an inclusive recycling system that encourages communities to exchange clean, dry, and segregated recyclables for points that can be redeemed for fresh produce, e-cash, and other useful items.
