Asian Development Bank’s Business Opportunities Seminar in Madrid, Spain (European Roadshow 2026)

ICEX – Trade and Investment will take part in the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Business Opportunities Seminar – European Roadshow to be held in March 2026. Organized in close coordination with ADB, this event is open to Spanish public and private companies, individual consultants, chambers of commerce, academic institutions, and NGOs interested in exploring business opportunities financed by ADB. 

Luong Thi Thanh Ngan

Lụong Thị Thanh Ngan serves as a Senior Private Sector Development Officer at the Viet Nam Resident Mission of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). In that capacity, she focuses on advancing private sector development objectives in Viet Nam — including mobilizing private capital, supporting public-private partnership (PPP) initiatives, enhancing the business environment, and facilitating strong engagement between the private sector and development projects financed or supported by ADB.

Guoping Yu

Guoping Yu is a Senior Procurement Specialist working in Sustainability and Fiduciary

Solutions Department of AlIB, where he provides fiduciary (procurement) services for operations, including sovereign and non-sovereign backed bank-financed projects, covering transport, water, energy, etc.

Before joining AIIB, Guoping has worked for the World Bank in Beijing for 14 years. He has over 20 years of experience in public procurement.

Yuan Wang

Wang Yuan is a Senior Procurement Specialist at the World Bank's EAP Procurement Department with 35 years of experience and academic credentials, including an MBA and a Bachelor's in Engineering. She has extensive expertise in public procurement across diverse sectors such as agriculture, cultural heritage, energy, environment, urban and rural development, and transportation, having contributed to procurement activities in nearly a hundred World Bank-financed projects ranging from large infrastructure contracts to small-scale community participation.
