Akhilesh Samyal is an Operations Officer at the Asian Development Bank’s India Resident Mission (INRM). He has over 22 years of professional experience, including more than 18 years with ADB, supporting operational activities across procurement, project implementation, finance and administration, and portfolio management. Prior to joining ADB in 2006, he worked with multinational banks and TATA enterprises. He holds postgraduate degrees in Management and Computer Engineering.

Utpal Gokhale, based in Mumbai, India, is currently the General Manager credit at Export-Import Bank of India, bringing experience from previous roles at Export-Import Bank of India. With a robust skill set that includes Microsoft Excel, Strategic Planning, Management, Credit Analysis, Microsoft Office and more, Utpal Gokhale contributes valuable insights to the industry. 

Vikram Harsha Annamraju is a highly skilled professional with over 26 years of experience in the Asian Development Bank and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. His expertise spans diverse areas, including capacity development, project management, business development, and financial administration. Vikram is credited with designing and implementing the ADB's Capacity Development Resource Center, training 17,000 government officers across India.

Utkarsh Mishra is the Deputy Project Director at JUIDCO (Urban Development & Housing Department), Government of Jharkhand, based in Ranchi. With over six years of experience in this role, he oversees the Externally Aided Project Management Unit for World Bank and ADB-funded Urban Infrastructure Projects.

Sudhir Gupta is an Executive Engineer in Himachal Tourism. 

Mr. Jain is the Mission Director of Assam Skill University Project. 

Mr. Bhasker earned his Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering in 1987 and an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 1989. Joining the Indian Railway Service (IRSE 90 batch) in 1991, he spent 30 years in various roles, contributing significantly to projects such as the Indian Railway USBRL in Jammu and Kashmir.
