Annamraju Vikram Harsha

Vikram Harsha Annamraju is a highly skilled professional with over 26 years of experience in the Asian Development Bank and the Government of Andhra Pradesh. His expertise spans diverse areas, including capacity development, project management, business development, and financial administration. Vikram is credited with designing and implementing the ADB's Capacity Development Resource Center, training 17,000 government officers across India.

He played a pivotal role in significant projects, including supporting the launch of Mission Karmayogi and implementing the ADB-financed Supporting Human Capital Development in Meghalaya Project. As Co-Mission leader, he contributed to the design of the Odisha Skill Development Project, establishing the World Skill Center at Bhubaneswar. Previously, Vikram served as Deputy Financial Advisor and District Treasury Officer, earning recognition as a change agent for implementing reforms in the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
