Matt is an international tax and transfer pricing specialist with 25 years’ experience. Over this time, Matt has taught international tax and transfer pricing at a number of Universities. Matt was also a Senior Advisor at the OECD/CTPA in Paris. In this role Matt was responsible for overseeing the OECD tax policy developments in relation to the Tax Treaty Unit and Transfer Pricing Unit. While at the OECD/CTPA, Matt also played a key role in the development of the tax response to the digital economy, specifically Pillar 1.

Renata Fontana is a consultant for the Asian Development Bank – ADB (since 2018) and for the World Bank (since 2017). She has formally worked for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) at the Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes (2010-2016) and the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) Project (2013-2014). Renata was the Academic Coordinator of the Master of Advanced Studies in International Tax and Assistant Director of the International Tax Center Leiden (2006-2010).
