With two decades of experience in tax administration, Yasushi provides technical leadership on taxation issues, including international taxation and tax compliance. He also manages the Domestic Resource Mobilization Trust Fund, aiming to support sustainable tax revenues through better tax policy, more efficient tax administration and effective international cooperation. Before joining ADB, Yasushi worked for the National Tax Agency of Japan.

Manju is currently working in the Appeals Committee in ADB. When she was an ADB staff, she was the focal point on aid effectiveness issues, and had also worked in the Southeast Asia Department. Prior to joining ADB, she was an economist with the UK Department for International Development.

Ravi is currently working as Lead Counsel (Legal & Regulatory Affairs) in the online gaming space. His responsibilities include looking after the strategic legal and policy issues affecting the company as well as broader systemic issues. He is spearheading the collaboration with stakeholders from the government and the private sector to deliver a better regulatory landscape for online gaming in India. He was earlier working with Invest India, Ministry of Commerce & Industry where he was part of the Technology, Media & Telecom team.

Samuel Mark Nicholls worked in the ADB's Governance Thematic Group as part of the LKYSPP-ADB internship program.

Jecel Censoro is a development professional with expertise on topics related to governance, institutions and organizations, education, sustainable development and information and communication technology. She has a total of 10 years work experience working on strategic planning, project management, capacity building design and training, research, partnership building, stakeholder management, monitoring and evaluation and administration. She has worked with various international and local organizations that operates in more than 63 countries.
