Jecel Censoro is a development professional with expertise on topics related to governance, institutions and organizations, education, sustainable development and information and communication technology. She has a total of 10 years work experience working on strategic planning, project management, capacity building design and training, research, partnership building, stakeholder management, monitoring and evaluation and administration. She has worked with various international and local organizations that operates in more than 63 countries. She is currently a researcher and PhD research at how learning happens in international organizations that uses global goals in their governance of development.
