Dechen Tsering

Dechen Tsering has held management and leadership positions with the United Nations and has over 30 years of experience in national government and intergovernmental organizations. She comes to UNEP from the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) secretariat where she served as Director of the Finance, Technology and Capacity-Building Programme. In that position, she supported international cooperation on mobilization of finance, technology development and transfer and capacity building to enable countries to take enhanced action on climate change.

Satryo Brodjonegoro

Prof. Satryo Brodjonegoro was a faculty member of the Mechanical Engineering Department at the Bandung Institute of Technology for more than 30 years now.  In April 2018 he was appointed as Special Advisor to Coordinating Minister of Maritime Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. And since September 2020 he was a Senior Advisor of CATL - BRUNP on Project for establishment of Lithium-Ion Battery Production Factory and Recycling Center in Indonesia. 

Bjarne Pedersen

Bjarne has a broad international experience, particularly in environmental issues and sustainable development, with a proven track record of achieving meaningful impact through strategic leadership, resource mobilization and team building at all levels. He has taken Clean Air Asia through continuous growth both regionally as well as in China and India including broadening the work of Clean Air Asia to include the Air, Climate and Public Health nexus.

He Kebin

Prof. He is the vice-chairman of the National Expert Committee for Ecology and Environmental Protection and the Chairman of the National Teaching Steering Committee on Environmental Science and Engineering. His research focus includes PM2.5 pollution, characterization of complicated emission sources and multi-pollutant control, and the coordinated control of air pollution and greenhouse gases.
