Sili Margaret Chan Cheuk‑Tafunai is the Deputy Governor (Policy Group) of the Central Bank of Samoa, where she plays a senior leadership role in shaping monetary policy, financial regulation, and economic strategy for the country’s central bank.

Michael Rellosa is the Executive Director of the Philippine Insurers and Reinsurers Association (PIRA, Inc.), a leading industry body representing the insurance and reinsurance sectors in the Philippines. In this role, he oversees strategic direction, industry engagement, and advocacy for member firms, helping shape best practices in risk management, regulatory collaboration, and sector development. He has served in the association’s leadership for many years, including as chairman before he was appointed executive director in 2018.
