Foong Chee Kheong is Group Head of Regulatory Affairs, Group Corporate Office, Axiata Group Berhad. CK has about 17 years of experience in telecommunication, with roles in regulatory strategy and policy development with prior experience in network engineering and project management. Prior to this, he was in regulatory management roles in DigiTelecommunications, Celcom Axiata, U Mobile and the Multimedia Development Corporation.

Juan-Pablo Martínez-Molina Mercado, a Spanish national, serves as Senior Advisor to ADB’s Vice-President (Market Solutions), overseeing Private Sector Operations and Public-Private Partnerships across Asia and the Pacific.

Juan-Pablo joined ADB in 2017 as an Investment Specialist in the Infrastructure Finance Division 2, specializing in the origination, structuring, and execution of structured debt financing transactions in a wide range of sectors, particularly in the power, LNG, renewables, satellite, water, and mining industries.
