Nonie is an experienced development practitioner and senior manager. She has worked extensively on issues related to rural livelihoods, agricultural practices and markets, food systems, gender equality, appropriate technologies, and entrepreneurship. 

She applies business-like efficiency to social and environmental development contexts and enjoys low-drama work environments and learning from wonderful people.
 

Peni is the Cocoa Sector Manager of Rialto. Prior to this, he was a coordinator in VECO and worked in a conservation program in NTB.
