Manuela Prina

Since 01 January 2020 she is the Head of Skills Identification and Development Unit, within the Knowledge Hub department of the ETF. As Head of Unit, Manuela is responsible for steering ETF’s work in the area of skills relevance and anticipation, development of skills and validation, leading the knowledge co-creation and sharing across ETF partner countries, with the EU and the international community.

Bert Tuga

Dr. Tuga is the President of the Philippine Normal University (PNU). Outside PNU, he serves as the Regional Chair of Philippine Association of State University and Colleges and as the President of the Philippine Association for Teachers of Educational Foundations (UPDATE). He also serves as lead consultant of an international project on Global Citizenship Education implemented by UNESCO Bangkok.
 

Rika Yorozu

Rika Yorozu has experienced education and development specialist with a demonstrated history of working in developing countries context. She is skilled in gender-responsive programming, education and learning for sustainable development, participatory programme design and evaluation. She also effectively networks and build alliances with government and civil society partners and has strong and ethical professional with an MA in International Development Economics from the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies in Tokyo, Japan.

Prof. Wim van den Doel

Wim van den Doel has been professor of Contemporary History at Leiden University since 2003. From 2007 to 2016 he was Dean of the faculty of Humanities of Leiden University. From 2017 to 2020 he was member of the Executive Board of the Netherlands Organizations for Scientific Research (NWO). Since February 2020 he has been dean of the Leiden-Delft-Erasmus Universities Alliance.

Dimple Quyn

Dimple has recently worked on an innovative degree Energy Engineering to address the need for workers in energy transition and created curricula on resources and the circular economy. She sponsors a working group on embedding UN Sustainable Development Goals into the science and engineering curriculum , and represented Curtin University on a government-led Roundtable on Clean Energy in Australia.

Zohaib Mushtaq

Mr. Zohaib Mushtaq is a civil servant from the Pakistan Administrative Service. He is currently working as Project Director of ADB funded Improving Workforce Readiness in Punjab Project which intends to uplift the TVET Sector by addressing the quality and relevance of TVET in priority economic sectors, increasing equitable access to TVET and strengthening of the TVET sector institutional framework.
