Safiah Moore

Safiah Moore is an urban planner who brings experience in design and delivery of urban strategy and social infrastructure studies; capacity building processes; multi-sector stakeholder engagement and coordination; and multidisciplinary research. Safiah has over 12 years’ experience in the built environment industry in projects that consider the relationship between people, land use, infrastructure, economic benefits, social development and environmental outcomes. Her work has taken her across Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand and Phillipines.

Karma Yangzom

Karma is a Principal Environment Specialist in the Safeguards Review Division in the Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department (SDCC) of ADB. Karma is responsible for environment safeguards review of projects under the transport, agriculture, and private sector for selected operational departments at ADB. She also works under the Environmental Thematic Group (ETG) where she is the focal point for air quality management and green infrastructure.
