Alfred Hannig is the Executive Director of the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI), a global network of policymakers and regulators dedicated to providing the world’s 2 billion unbanked safe access to the formal financial system through smart policy initiatives. Before officially launching the initiative in 2008, Dr. Hannig spent three years leading the design and development of AFI’s unique institutional peer-to-peer cooperation model, aimed at scaling up financial inclusion policy and regulatory solutions that have proven successful in developing and emerging countries.

Mr. Alfredo Perdiguero is the Director of the Regional Cooperation and Operations Coordination Division in the Southeast Asia Department of Asian Development Bank. He has worked in Southeast Asia for the last 20 years and has broad exposure, deep knowledge and extensive work with ADB on regional cooperation and integration issues in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), the Brunei Darussalam-Indonesia-Malaysia-Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA), the Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT), and the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS).
Mr. Ali Jamil was born in Siabu, August 30, 1965. He has completed his Bachelor's and Master in Agriculture in North Sumatra and also has completed his Doctoral in Soil Science/Plant Physiology from the University of the Philippines at Los Banos (UPLB), the Philippines in 2006.

Dr. Alison Joubert has a background in EFlows, multicriteria-decision analysis (MCDA) and environmental resource economics (ERE). She has over 25 years of experience in the development, evaluation and analysis of scenarios and environmental data using statistical, MCDA and/or ERE approaches. She is experienced in EFlows modeling and is a co-developer of the DRIFT EFlows assessment method. Alison has been co-responsible for the setup and running of the DRIFT DSS for numerous EFlows projects over the years, as well as its ad-hoc adaptation for certain projects.
Alison has led WaterAid Australia’s strategy, policy, research, and programming on the intersection of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) with human health since 2013. She supports health-related research, programming, and policy work in the Southeast Asia and Pacific regions and contributes to WaterAid’s global policy and advocacy. Her main areas of focus are WASH in healthcare facilities, maternal and newborn health, quality universal health coverage, nutrition, and antimicrobial resistance.
Alison Sneddon is a Disaster Risk Reduction Advisor at Practical Action where she works in the key areas of research and knowledge management. The focus of this work is on early warning systems and climate information services, with recent and current studies investigating the roles of gender, probabilistic forecasting and digital mapping in EWS. Before joining Practical Action, Alison spent two years in Pakistan where she delivered community-based development projects in flood-prone and conflict-affected areas.
