Smart City Visioning and Smart City Platform Assessment Report

This report provides an organized approach, considerations, and recommendations for the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) in developing and delivering its vision for the New Livable Smart City in Thailand. The report is an output of the ASEAN Australia Smart Cities Trust Fund's (AASCTF) City Visioning and Strategic Urban Data Platform Assessment Project, which aims to transform the EEC into a more livable, digitally smarter, equitable, and sustainable economy. The report covers the steps for smart city visioning and outcome-setting, identifying smart technologies for delivering outcomes, building and managing ICT & digital infrastructure, financial partnerships for smart city platforms, and best practice methodology for developing a vision and setting outcomes.
