This workshop is designed for all ADB staff and consultants involved in design and implementation
of infrastructure projects. The workshop will introduce what should be looked at in the DBO
contracts, how the contractors should be prepared, and how this should be monitored to deliver
project-specified outcomes over the life of the contract and beyond with economic efficiency,
including how asset handback should be structured.
