Maria Fe Villamejor-Mendoza is a Professor of Public Administration and Public Policy and former Dean at the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines. She has written and edited/co-edited studies and books on regulatory governance, competition and regulation; public sector reform; open universities and open educational resources in the 21st century learning; resilient cities; among others. She obtained her Doctor of Public Administration degree and master’s degree in Demography from the University of the Philippines. She also holds a master’s degree in Development Studies from the Institute of Social Studies, The Netherlands.
