UZB: Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Approval of the Order of Appointment and Payment of Social Benefits and Material Assistance to Needy Families

These Regulations determine the procedure for appointment and payment bodies of citizens' self-benefit to families with children under the age of 14 years (hereinafter - the allowance for families with children), allowance for child care until the age of two years (hereinafter - the allowance for child care) and material assistance to needy families (hereinafter - financial assistance). 
The present provisions regarding the appointment and payment of citizens' self-government bodies of allowance for child care does not apply to mothers who work in enterprises or organizations in which the payment of this type of benefit at the expense of funds of enterprises and organizations in the manner prescribed by law.
