Artificial Intelligence for Financial Consumer Complaints Automation and Analysis in the Philippines
Bangko Sentral's Financial Consumer Protection Department (FCPD) is mandated to provide an effective redress mechanism to financial consumers who feel they have been aggrieved by a BSFI’s conduct, products, and services. To accommodate more consumers, especially those who have no access to the Internet, FCPD, has been developing an AI-based platform that will provide better access for complainants across the Philippines and social classes.
