The Philippines' central bank, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, is embracing AI-driven technology in its operations.

AI-driven technology under develoment in the central bank wil allow the automated processing of complaints, whether they are in Englsh or Filipino, and also deliver analysis for policy development.
