Immovable monuments of history and culture (further - monuments) - the constructions lifted on the stateaccounting having historical, scientific, art or other cultural value, their ensembles and complexes with takenwith them or historically related territory, elements constituting them and fragments of archaeological, art,epigrafichesky, ethnographic nature, the historical and cultural and natural-historical reserves, memorableplaces, irrespective of degree of their safety.The monuments being in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, are under protection of the state.
