Cities in Asia and the Pacific region play a critical role in stepping up climate actions.
The session shared experiences from Baguio, Philippines, and Xiangtan, PRC on good practices in integrating low carbon and climate resilience into their development agenda and actions.
The discussion identified challenges and opportunities facing cities in Central and West Asia as well as South Asia in integrating and pursuing low-carbon and resilient development. This event was jointly organized by SDCD and the Urban Climate Change Resilience Trust Fund (UCCRTF).
