With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, new technologies shall become the major drivers of future economic growth but with certain limitations. Digital hubs can address all these constraints and serve as centers for innovation and future technologies. This presentation focuses on the idea of how digital hubs can help developing countries address issues of poverty and unemployment while enhancing growth prospects of the economy, and makes a case for why governments must invest in digital hubs.
