ITE Education Services in Singapore, since 1995, has developed five-yearly strategic roadmaps for organizational transformation. This presentation discusses the transformation of ITE Education Services’ hardware, software, and heartware features; and how it has successfully achieved organizational excellence, formed overseas institutional and industrial partnerships, and delivered technical and vocational education and training services.
