The graduation approach in social protection is a set of comprehensive interventions aiming to alleviate the plight of the poorest. It includes cash transfers, skills training, access to basic services, and even life coaching. This model is currently implemented in over 30 countries. This presentation shares highlights of how this approach will be piloted in the Philippines.
