Corporate Governance: Challenges and Opportunities in Asia

ADB, together with International Finance Corporation, Financial Times, and London School of Economics, organized a conference on corporate governance challenges and opportunities in Asia. Over 100 regulators, judges, executives, lawyers, and ADB staff discussed issues relating to corporate governance principles and best practices in private- and state-owned enterprises.
