Various stakeholders from Asia and the Pacific share their insights on the importance of investing in ICT for social protection. ICT, they said, is a crtiical foundation for social protection as it helps provide direction to social protection programs. By investing in ICT, organizations can improve the transparency, efficiency, quality, and service delivery of their programs. It also fosters inclusion because it connects people, even in  remote areas, to government programs.
