In the third SERD's LEAP Series, EarthPulse's Laura Moreno demonstrated the use of earth observation tools combined with big data to assess the damage by the flooding in Banteay Meanchey, Cambodia in October 2020 and Dili, Timor-Leste in April 2021. SDCC-DT's Paolo Manunta moderated the lively discussion.
