Through this webinar from the series, Sustainable Food Systems, ADB looks at the role, importance, and future of wholesale markets (WSMs) in meeting consumer demands for access to fresh and nutritious food, as well as meeting the objectives for food security, nutrition, and price stability. Examples on how WSMs have played a pivotal role in communities in various regions are presented, also on how governments and public-private partnerships have supported WSMs' advancement through policies and collaboration.
