Senior Procurement Specialist, ADB Profile / Bio Profile / Bio Lila Mallory is a Senior Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank and is based in Manila covering the Philippines portfolio. She was admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales, Australia working in corporate law firms before moving to Development Organizations. She worked as a Procurement Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) covering the Caribbean. Prior to this, she was a Legal Specialist in the Procurement Department of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Rome, Italy. She also worked as a Procurement Officer for United Nations Office of Project Services (UNOPS) in Jerusalem.
