Lila Mallory is a Senior Procurement Specialist at the Asian Development Bank and is based in Manila covering the Philippines portfolio. She was admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales, Australia working in corporate law firms before moving to Development Organizations.
She worked as a Procurement Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) covering the Caribbean. Prior to this, she was a Legal Specialist in the Procurement Department of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in Rome, Italy. She also worked as a Procurement Officer for United Nations Office of Project Services (UNOPS) in Jerusalem.
Lila has comprehensive knowledge and experience in public procurement procedures and regulations. She also has strong interpersonal skills enhanced through working with the government as well as at the grassroots level with direct beneficiaries.
