The presentation talks about some options and guiding priniciples in casting social safety net programs for governments, to help mitigate the impact of COVID-19. It compares a range of programs available for policymakers in terms of  risks and challenges, relative strengths and weaknesses, and reach, as well as provide examples from country experiences.
