Jonathan Helliwell

Mr. Helliwell is a Senior Integrity Specialist in the Asian Development Bank's Office of Anticorruption and Integrity (OAI). For the past five years, he has led the Complaints Intake Team, following roles in both the Internal and External Investigations teams within OAI.

He has over 21 years of investigative experience across international organizations, corporate entities, and law enforcement, with his career spanning the UK, Australia, Japan, Switzerland, and the Philippines. A Certified Fraud Examiner and qualified Financial Investigator, he holds a master’s diploma in Financial Crime and Financial Investigation.
