More commonly known as the Public Expenditure and Financial Accountability Framework, the Public Financial Management (PFM) Performance Measurement Framework is designed to measure the performance of national PFM systems. Apart from the framework, this presentation also discusses the high-level PFM indicator set, scoring methodology, and performance report.
