The Asia and Pacific region, amidst a number of constraints, has to quickly rebalance skills to market needs in order to accelerate economic development. The first implementation of blended vocational and academic training using an online platform, the Nisai Delivery Model initially applied in the UK is ready for roll-out across Asia Pacific.
