This report provides an overview of the Training Program under the Baguio City Smart Flood Early Warning, Information and Mitigation System project, which aimed to enhance the local capacity for operating and maintaining the Flood Early Warning System (FEWS) in Baguio City. The program consisted of online training sessions, on-site on-the-job training, and real-time operation and maintenance of the system. The report evaluates the effectiveness of the training program in increasing participants' knowledge and satisfaction levels. It recommends ongoing training and technical support for the FEWS O&M team beyond 2023 to ensure independent operation and maintenance of the system.
