AASCTF Smart Cities Financial Management Program Report

Held in November 2022, the AASCTF Smart Cities Financial Management Program was scoped to develop participants’ understanding of SCFM concepts, including each step on the journey toward specific investment methods. It also encouraged participants to apply the above concepts to their own city context, building an “SCFM roadmap” for their own city by identifying their unique challenges and solutions. This report provides a summary of the AASCTF Smart Cities Financial Management Program, including evaluation insights from program participants.
