AASCTF Smart City Networking Days 2022 Final Report
This report summarizes highlights from the AASCTF's two-day virtual networking event, which served as a platform to showcase ideas, approaches, digital solutions, and lessons learned from our ongoing pilot projects in Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines, as well as use cases from partners in Australia and Europe. The event was an opportunity for participants to learn from and meet with peers working on smart city development across the ASEAN region and explore opportunities for collaboration. Sessions during the event focused on smart city planning, smart mobility, strengthening urban resilience, and increasing institutional capacity in cities. Various stakeholders ranging from local government officials and city managers working in the areas of urban planning systems, urban service delivery and/or financial management to the private sector, international financial institutions, multilateral organizations, non-government organizations, members of the academe, and urban development and smart city practitioners joined the conference.
