Digital Transformation for Sustainability and Resilience in Water Utilities via the Unified Operation Center

Most utilities in Asia have realized the need for adequate quantity and quality of water for municipal and industry use. In addition to spending on water infrastructure, efforts are taken to adopt digital transformation within utilities’ operations. Local utilities can adopt a digitalization approach through the Unified Operation Center (UOC), an integrated operational system with Industry 4.0 based paradigm and digital twin for simulation, prediction, and forecasting.
