To protect and conserve marine resources, she suggested establishing marine protected area networks and peace parks, communicating about environmental conservation laws, communicating with one another, evaluating compliance with relevant laws, using people's "imagineocean," diving deep, investing in the youth as today's leaders, and making waves.
