Ms. Jo Delaney explored the nature of climate finance disputes through a solar farm case study. She outlined a solar farm project involving a private party loan agreement to sell and purchase certified emission reductions from the project and discussed the potential disputes arising from the private party investment and the sale and purchase agreement.
