Certification and Labels

Labelling prevents market failures stemming from the inability to distinguish green products, services, and processes from others. This session explores the demand for eco-certification and labels in sustainable manufacturing, sustainable agriculture, and fisheries. It also covers other voluntary approaches such as industry codes of conduct, statements of policy and principle, and best practice guidance.
