Issues raised by advocacy non-government organizations (NGOs) are often related to weak consultation and participation. From 2009 to 2012, for instance, there were 213 reported concerns on 76 Asian Development Bank projects. About half of these concerns were about lack of consultation and participation. This presentation tackles the various aspects of dealing with such NGOs.
