It also outlines some of UNESCO's initiatives to promote skills development, cases on information, communication, and technology (ICT) for innovative skills development. It also shares recommendations on how to effectively use ICT for skills development, keeping in mind readiness in the strategic, organizational, technical, pedagogical, and operational aspects.
