A lot has happened in open government data, particularly in countries that are under the umbrella of the Open Government Partnership. In the Philippines’ case, the Aquino administration adopted the Philippine Development Plan 2011-2016 representing a vision that is anchored on transparent, accountable, and participatory governance.
